Hi everyone!

When I tried to go online today, a warning about a trojan horse popped up and it wouldn't let me log in. I tried many times, but always the same problem.

Has anyone else this problem too?

talking about lineage 2 and viruses.... i have 2 things to say....

1- oficial itself have a virus called themida... its not a virus in really... its safe, so all good antivirus program may detecte the L2.exe in system folder as a, at least, suspect program...

2- BFD server uses a patch with a file called ""msxml4b.dll" wich is infected with a trojan called CI.A... well, i put it in exception list of my antivirus program and all is ok...

antivirus program i recomend: panda antivirus (global protection 2011, i use it)

i dont recomend: avg

From what I know, themida is not a virus, but it uses a multiple compression type which is used by some viruses, although I'm not 100% sure about this.

But that trojan horse is BackDoor and from what I've heared I really don't know how safe it is to put it in the exception list and not remove it.

And the basic problem is that I get the Critical Error message regardless of what I choose to do with the virus, so I can't even log into the game.
